While all iPhone 13 models feature OLED screens, their refresh rates differ. There is a 60Hz refresh rate on both iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 13. Compared to the standard model, the Pro model had smoother scrolling, but you wouldn’t notice the difference until you compared both models.
